1. The site
fernlevel.com publishes workshop notes on immersive environment design. In these terms, “Fernlevel” means the operator of that website. It is not described here as a registered company, and these pages do not create an account, a membership, or a shop.
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Privacy is described in the privacy policy.
2. Notes, not a guaranteed outcome
The text describes a workshop format. It is educational and informational. It does not guarantee a job, a skill level, or a particular result. Live sessions, when they run, are arranged in writing after an enquiry — they are not purchased on this site.
3. Allowed use
You may read the pages for your own learning. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it with automated tools in a way that harms the host, attempt to break security, or present the notes as if they were issued by someone else.
4. Intellectual property
Words, layout and original drawings on this site are provided for viewing on fernlevel.com. You keep rights in any work you later make in a session. If you believe material here infringes a right you hold, write to hello@fernlevel.com with a URL and a description of the work.
5. No payments on this site
There is no checkout, no stored card data, and no in-page purchase. Any fee for a future cycle would be agreed separately in correspondence, not through a form that takes money here.
6. Third-party services
Links to other sites, and the Google Fonts request your browser may make, are outside this site’s control. Their terms apply to those services.
7. Availability
Pages are offered as they are. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted access or that the notes are complete for every brief. To the extent the law allows, liability for using the site is limited to the amount you paid to this site for the use in question — which, for ordinary reading, is none.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above will change when they are. Later visits are under the updated text.
